You will support people in their home and community to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives to achieve their personal dreams and goals by doing the things they want to do such as going swimming, attending sporting events, arts and crafts, movies, or shopping - the list is endless!
This is a part time role starting at 10 hours of work per week with the opportunity to increase these hours over time.
