New Zealand Health Group in Feilding is seeking energetic and motivated Part-time Support Workers to help the people we support in our Feilding residential services. You will work as part of a team delivering a safe environment and enabling daily living activities.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
