As a Support Worker, you’ll walk alongside tangata whaiora and their whānau, providing practical, strengths-based support that helps people achieve their goals and create positive change in their lives.
No two days will be the same. You’ll work alongside your team and community partners to support people with everything from developing life skills and strengthening relationships to building confidence, communication and independence. You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, think creatively and learn as you go.
