Job summary

Access Community Health invites Kaiāwhina to join our team, delivering safe, respectful, person‑centred support in clients’ homes. You’ll focus on what matters to each person, respecting culture, values, routines, boundaries and independence.

No qualifications or prior experience are required, and we provide comprehensive paid training. Flexible hours with weekend shifts; paid travel time and mileage; shifts from 7am–12pm or 4pm–8pm; build a meaningful career in health and wellbeing.

• This role offers flexible hours, plenty of weekend shifts ($1.00 extra per hour), and the chance to gain valuable experience in the health and wellbeing sector.
• Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
