Job summary

Cordis Auckland, part of Langham Hospitality Group, seeks a full-time Team Leader for the Front Office reception to supervise on-shift receptionists and assist the Duty Managers with daily operations.

You will demonstrate outstanding customer service, a high level of English, and a minimum of 2 years in a reception role, ideally in a 5-star environment. Morning and afternoon shifts on a 7-day roster are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' reception experience, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• Excellent customer service and grooming standards.
• Strong English comprehension; flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Front Office Management team to maintain Cordis brand service quality.
• Provide training to new colleagues.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve KPIs.
• Cover Duty Manager shifts when required.
• Welcome guests and ensure a memorable first and last impression.
