Job summary

Novus East Auckland is hiring a Front of House / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and insure a VIP experience from first call to job completion.

You’ll handle calls, bookings and invoicing, coordinate glaziers, follow up referrals, and keep the workshop and schedule running smoothly while delivering friendly, professional service in a growing automotive glass workshop in East Tamaki, Auckland, NZ.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly personality and a strong phone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills to keep schedules and tasks on track.
• Confident communicator, comfortable with customers, insurers and staff.
• Ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a busy environment.
• Quick learner of in-house software; training provided.
• Reliable, honest and able to work independently.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Automotive or insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.

• Answering incoming calls and greeting customers

• Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
