Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
• Clear, articulate verbal communication and polished, professional written correspondence.
• Resourceful and quick on your feet, with the ability to navigate ambiguous issues calmly and methodically.
• Comfort navigating CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) and standard productivity suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
• Strong emotional intelligence, de-escalation skills, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, live chat, and tickets.
• Listen to customer needs, diagnose issues, and propose timely solutions.
• Guide customers through account management and standard troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex problems to internal teams while owning communication.
• Document feedback and recurring issues to improve products and services.
• Maintain detailed logs of interactions in the CRM.
