Job summary

Summerset - Villages in Dunedin is seeking a personable Receptionist to join our team. You will be the face of the village, delivering friendly reception and handling administrative tasks to support both the Village and Care Centre.

The role is permanent part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with Friday 10:00am–6:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 9:00am–5:00pm shifts. You’ll be organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable engaging with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and administration background.
• Comfortable juggling priorities and working independently.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient admin, management support and document control to both the Village and Care Centre.
• Deliver superb reception customer service to residents, visitors, village management and staff.
