Auckland Council’s Pool and Leisure Centres are hiring a Team Member for Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre. You will deliver frontline customer service to visitors and support enrolments, bookings and centre operations.

This fixed-term, on-site, part-time position offers 20 hours per week with shifts across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants with at least 2 years in customer service and a positive, collaborative approach are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' frontline customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Willingness to work across flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and members.
• Assist with bookings, enrolments, and daily admin tasks.
• Handle cash and operate point-of-sale as required.
• Support a large, diverse membership base.
