Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Freight Operator for our New Plymouth branch to support loading, unloading and moving freight. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires safe operation and teamwork to keep deliveries on time.

You will hold a NZ Class 1 license, a forklift license with OSH cert, and ideally a Dangerous Goods endorsement, with a customer-focused mindset and strong communication. Morning shift available, with safety as a priority.

Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Morning Shift: Monday - Friday 3.30am - 11.30am

About the role - Mō te tūranga

In this hands‑on role, you'll be loading and unloading freight, scanning, sorting and keeping everything moving safely and on time. No two days are the same - its' a fast‑paced, physical role where teamwork is key.

Key duties:

• Load and unload all freight safely and securely, for both road and rail units.
• Achieve branch operational objectives by using On-time to scan freight efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and proficient manner.
• Maintain good working relationships.
• Communicate effectively within a team environment
