Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Class 5 Linehaul Driver for our Invercargill depot. You will start nights, drive a Invercargill–Hampden route, and complete a unit swap before returning to Invercargill, contributing to timely, safe deliveries.

We value a clean NZ Class 5 Licence, Dangerous Goods Endorsement, and Forklift cert, plus strong communication and teamwork. You’ll operate safely, keep your vehicle tidy, and adhere to all safety processes and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean NZ Class 5 licence.
• Dangerous Goods Endorsement required.
• Forklift licence with OSH cert required.
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork.
• B-Train and Truck & Trailer driving experience on NZ roads.

Responsabilités

• Load and reload freight safely.
• Ensure freight is handled without damage.
• Scan all freight; if you touch it, scan it.
• Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures.
• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and out.

Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

We’re on the hunt for a Class 5 Linehaul Driver to join our Invercargill branch.

Shift: Monday – Friday, approx. 8pm start with minimum 10 hour shift

About the role - Mō te tūranga

This role will be responsible to assist with the timely safe handling of freight for the company to achieve their target delivery goals. You’ll be starting the night in Invercargill, going through to Hampden for a unit swap, then back through to the Invercargill depot.

What you’ll do:

• Load and reload freight safely.
• Ensure freight is handled without damage.
• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.
• Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures
• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out.
