We are looking for a capable Freight Hub Manager to lead our Christchurch operation, ensuring freight moves safely, accurately and on time across our courier, road and air networks. This role combines operational leadership, people development, automation management and continuous improvement in a demanding 24/6 environment.
This is a pivotal operational leadership role, responsible for delivering service performance, developing capable teams, managing automated sortation equipment and driving continuous improvement.
You will be a practical, visible leader with strong experience in freight, logistics, transport or another complex, time-critical operational environment. You know how to set clear expectations, use data to drive decisions and build accountable teams.
