Star Personnel in Auckland is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Freight Forwarding sector. You will be the face of the company, building relationships and expanding market share in New Zealand.

You will operate within a supportive sales team, using provided tools and a strong CRM to manage opportunities and report progress. Prior freight forwarding, transport, or shipping line experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience required.
• Self-driven hunter with drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
• Proven BDM experience in freight forwarding, transport or shipping line.
• Excellent presentation and clear communication ability.
• Ability to maintain administration in CRM and meet tight KPIs.

• Obtain new business through prospecting and solution selling
