Job summary

DSV in Auckland is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator to manage air export activities and collaborate with a team of export specialists to deliver high-quality service for our clients. You will input data into Cargowise One, calculate invoice costs, support process improvements, and build strong relationships with clients, service providers and overseas colleagues to keep the supply chains flowing.

You will input data accurately, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to KPI

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Export operations.
• Proficiency with Cargowise One and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Your typical day at DSV:

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
