Job summary

DSV Auckland is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator to manage air export activities and support customer service in a fast-paced team.

You will coordinate export workflows from inquiry to departure, maintain data in Cargowise One, and work with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues to resolve issues. Strong knowledge of Air Export and MS Office is required; Cargowise One experience is a plus. This role supports regional growth and improvements in our Auckland office.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in Air Export.
• Experience with Cargowise One.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality service for clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer contact to departure, following directives and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with stakeholders and team members.
• Input data accurately into Cargowise One.
• Calculate invoice costs and other financial aspects related to files.
• Support process improvements in export operations.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities.

• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
