Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Auckland is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator to manage Air Export activities and support a collaborative team in a fast-moving logistics environment.

You will work with Export specialists to handle end-to-end workflows, input data into Cargowise One, build client relationships, and assist senior leadership with daily tasks. Proficiency in Cargowise One and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in Air Export is required.
• Experience using Cargowise One is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Export specialists to ensure accurate service for clients.
• Manage export workflow from customer interactions to departure in line with KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Input data into Cargowise One accurately and promptly.
• Assist with daily activities and projects as required.

We’re looking for an experienced Export Air Operator to join our team based in Auckland. The role involves managing Air Export activities within the department.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
