Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator in Auckland to manage air export activities and ensure smooth operations for customers. You will collaborate with export specialists, handle the workflow from customer contact to departure, and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.

The role requires Cargowise One experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Air Export knowledge and experience is required.
• Strong skills using Cargowise One for data entry and workflow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to directives, instructions, legislative requirements, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with stakeholders and team members.
• Input data into Cargowise One accurately and promptly.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other tasks as needed.
