Service Foods Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for our Wellington team. You will focus on growing our active customer base across Petone, Lower Hutt, and Porirua, meeting clients on the road and collaborating from the Wellington branch.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored foodservice solutions while achieving targets. A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach is essential.

Formación

• Proven sales or business development experience in foodservice or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert to sales.
• Organised with excellent time management.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory.
• Grow and develop an active customer portfolio.
• Maintain a regular customer call cycle and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving targets.
• Work with Procurement and Operations to meet customer requirements.
• Provide tailored product and service solutions that add value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
