Job summary

Farrah’s is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Christchurch who thrives on front-line customer engagement, opportunity spotting and turning relationships into sales growth. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work with distributors and end users to meet their needs and drive product adoption.

This fully remote role requires a home office setup; some overnight travel will be required, and you’ll manage a sales pipeline while growing existing accounts across the South Island food

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and prospects.
• Grow sales with new and existing customers through regular contact and reviews.
• Present and demonstrate Farrah’s products at trade shows and events.
• Plan sales activity, follow up consistently and track results.
• Share customer and market insights with sales, marketing and innovation teams.
• Represent Farrah’s brand with professionalism, energy and care.
