Job summary

Moana New Zealand is seeking a Process Worker & Quality Control team member to support production, focusing on product quality, food safety, traceability, and meeting customer specifications during production.

This hands-on role suits a hardworking, reliable individual keen to develop skills in quality control and food safety within a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work with the site quality team to ensure compliance and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, fresh foods, or primary industry preferred.
• Exposure to quality control and food safety is advantageous.
• Must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive processing and packing tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain product quality, monitor food safety and traceability requirements.
• Complete quality documentation and records accurately.
• Assist with factory quality checks and inspections.
• Support the team in meeting production and quality standards.
