As we prepare for our peak fishing season beginning in October and continue to grow our operations and increase product throughput, we are looking to expand our team with 4 new Process Workers in our wetfish factory.
These are hands-on roles suited to hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The work involves repetitive processing and packing tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining focus and productivity throughout the shift. As demand increases during our busy season, we need people with the stamina, commitment, and positive attitude to help the team consistently meet production, quality, and safety standards.
Working closely with your teammates, you'll play an important role in ensuring product is processed efficiently, customers' orders are fulfilled on time, and the team works safely and effectively together.
