This is a hands‑on role suited to a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individual who is interested in developing their knowledge and skills in quality control, food safety, and quality assurance. You'll gain practical experience while building your operational capability.

The role involves repetitive processing and packing tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining focus and productivity throughout the shift. As demand increases during our busy season, you need to have stamina, commitment, and positive attitude to contribute to the team consistently meeting production, quality, food safety, and health and safety standards.

Working closely with your teammates and the site quality team, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are processed efficiently, customer orders are fulfilled on time, and the business meets its quality and food safety obligations. You will assist with factory quality checks, monitor product standards, identify and elevate non‑conforming product, support traceability requirements, and accurately complete quality documentation and records.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career pathway in quality control, food safety, and/or food manufacturing.

What You Will Bring
