Job summary

Recruit Plus Limited is seeking a Quality Control Specialist in New Zealand to oversee quality and food safety in the production of UHT dairy products. You will manage raw material and finished product testing, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and monitor process parameters to support RMP/QMS systems.

You will contribute to SOP development and updates to ensure compliance with NZ MPI regulations, and you must have the right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science / Microbiology or related field.
• Experience in UHT milk quality management.
• Experience in laboratory equipment operation (HPLC preferred).
• Must be located in New Zealand and have legal work rights.

• Responsible for quality and food safety management in the production process of UHT dairy products.
• Raw material and finished product testing, laboratory operation and equipment maintenance.

About The Role
