Job summary

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown (Queenstown) is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service across our food and beverage operation. The role focuses on restaurant service with evening and weekend shifts, offering opportunities to develop skills across dining and event environments.

This dynamic, hands-on position requires energy, professionalism and attention to detail, working within a collaborative team to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a wide range of guests.
• Confident making recommendations and upselling in a natural, guest-focused way.
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous POS system experience is an advantage– Agilysys Systems desirable.
• Full driver’s licence is beneficial due to our location.

TheRole

As a Food &Beverage Attendant, you will deliver exceptional service across our food andbeverage operation. This role is primarily focused on restaurant service, withshifts predominantly worked during evenings and weekends. You will have theopportunity to build a broad range of skills while working in a variety ofdining and event environments.

This is a dynamic andhands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be part of acollaborative team, bringing energy, professionalism and attention to detail toevery shift.

Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00gross per hour (depending on experience)
