Job summary

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown, NZ, seeks a qualified Beauty & Massage Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will deliver a range of treatments and consult with guests to tailor services for a five-star guest experience.

Working within a luxury spa, you will prepare rooms to the highest standards and support daily spa operations. This full-time role offers stable hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• A recognised beauty and massage qualification is essential.
• Minimum of one year's experience in beauty therapy and massage.
• Confident delivering a range of beauty and massage treatments to a high standard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of beauty and massage treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and massages.
• Consult with guests to understand needs and recommend treatments and aftercare solutions.
• Create a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guest from arrival through to departure.
• Preparing, maintaining and presenting treatment rooms to the highest standards.
• Promoting retail products and spa services through professional recommendations and product knowledge.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa while contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction.

As a Beauty &Massage Therapist, you will play an important role in creating memorablewellness experiences for our guests. Working within our Spa & Wellnessteam, you will provide a range of beauty and massage treatments while ensuringevery guest feels welcomed, cared for and relaxed throughout their visit.

Supporting the Spa& Wellness Manager, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operationof the spa, consistently delivering treatments to a five-star standard andhelping create an environment that encourages guests to return time and timeagain.

What will your day looklike?
