Job summary

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown, NZ invites friendly individuals to join as Drinks Cart Attendants, delivering exceptional beverage service on our two championship golf courses during the summer season.

You will operate the drinks cart, serve alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and support guests with a five-star experience. This full-time fixed-term role runs Oct 2026–Apr 2027, with strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to operate the drinks cart safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional food and beverage service to golfers on course.
• Operating the drinks cart safely and efficiently throughout the day.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and light refreshments.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintaining stock levels, replenishing supplies and ensuring the drinks cart is clean, organised and well presented.
• Building positive relationships with guests and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol licensing requirements.
• Assisting with golf tournaments, events and other operational requirements as needed.

As a Drinks Cart Attendant, you will play a keyrole in enhancing the golfing experience for our guests and members byproviding outstanding food and beverage service across our two championship18-hole golf courses. Operating the drinks cart, you will deliver refreshmentsdirectly to golfers while creating memorable interactions and providingexceptional customer service.

Working closely with the Golf Operations andFood & Beverage teams, you will build positive relationships with guests,anticipate their needs, and contribute to the five-star experience Millbrook isknown for.
