Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to lead a well-established New Zealand territory including Dunedin area and surrounding towns. You will partner with major grocery customers and manage a small merchandiser team to deliver strong in-store execution and sales results.

You'll own the end-to-end territory agenda, building relationships with store owners, buyers and managers, delivering promotional plans and negotiating displays.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage key grocery customers and drive in-store execution.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer products preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Otago to Central Otago territory with major grocery banners.
• Lead promotions, displays and trade spend to achieve commercial objectives.
• Coach and develop a merchandiser team to deliver store standards.
• Build and present store-level business reviews and growth opportunities.
• Drive distribution, speed-to-market and product launches across your stores.
