Job summary

The Arnott's Group in Dunedin is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to own the Otago region, partnering with major grocery customers and representing iconic brands loved daily. You will lead end-to-end territory activities, build store relationships, drive promotions, and manage a merchandiser team across 25–30 stores with energy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive in-store execution and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end territory agenda across Otago, South Canterbury and Central Otago.
• Build relationships with store owners, buyers and store managers; deliver promotional plans and commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of merchandisers to deliver strong in-store execution.
• Present store-level reviews and identify growth opportunities; manage a structured call cycle across 25–30 stores.
