Job summary

CCS Disability Action is seeking a dedicated support worker for the West Coast region. The role focuses on enabling disabled people to live in their own homes and participate in their communities by following personalised plans and providing person-centred support.

You will work with disabled people, their family/whānau, and external supports to help achieve goals, with on-the-job learning and opportunities to pursue L3 and L4 Health and Wellbeing Certificates.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting disabled people with high or complex needs.
• Ability to relate well to a diverse range of people.
• Willingness to learn and work toward L3 and L4 Health and Wellbeing Certificates.
