CCS Disability Action is seeking a part-time support worker to provide wraparound support to a young person with complex needs. The role involves working alongside the young person and family to build strengths, respond to complex needs, and support goals in a holistic, whānau-centred way.
Hours are 8–10 per week, with Tuesday 3pm–5:30pm and one weekend day required; extra hours may be available for the right candidate.

This role involves providing wraparound support to a young person with complex needs. You will work alongside them and their family to build strengths, respond to complex needs, and support the achievement of their goals and aspirations in a holistic, whānau-centred way.
The number of hours available are between 8-10 hours per week, however there is potential for flexibility for the right person. Whether you are available for just a couple of hours per week or more, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with the following personal skills and attributes:
Level 3 & 4 Health and Wellbeing is advantageous but not essential
Experience in the Disability Sector
Can relate well to a diverse range of people
Have initiative and are reliable
Honest and trustworthy
Have a positive attitude and can support positive interactions
Full licence required
