Job summary

Post Haste Couriers is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the contractor fleet, ensuring strong day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery. The role demands proven leadership, strategic cost control, and proactive business development across our Canterbury network.

You will manage a team, coordinate with drivers and customers, and drive improvements in efficiency and reliability while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our contractor fleet.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in leading and developing teams, operations management, financial management and analysis. You must have exceptional communication skills, be assertive in your endeavors, passionate about what you do and be well presented with high standards in your work.

We are looking for someone who is results focused and committed to providing excellent customer service and proactively driving the business forward.
