Victoria University of Wellington is seeking Kaiārahi Pokapū Tauira - Student Service Centre Advisers to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will deliver efficient, accurate and timely support to students, staff, and the public across face-to-face, phone and email channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality advice and support on all general enquiries through face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of the University's services, systems and processes to support exceptional customer service.
• Accurately record interactions and maintain student records as required.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure follow up and ownership of allocated cases to ensure the best customer outcomes.
