You will process Admission and Enrolment applications and give high-quality, accurate information to students and staff about policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing applications with accuracy and speed.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to explain policies clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Process Admission and Enrolment applications with accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor and resolve issues to ensure a smooth student experience.
• Provide timely information via phone, email, portal, and in person to students and staff.
• Produce and issue student ID cards with appropriate access rights.
