Job summary

Graham Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shared Services Manager based in Christchurch, New Zealand. You will take ownership of a finance administration function, lead a team, and drive end-to-end procure-to-pay improvements across the wider business.

The role focuses on strengthening controls, delivering process efficiencies, and partnering with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and IT to optimise payment and banking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shared services or transactional finance function.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes.
• ERP experience; D365 F&O is advantageous.
• Passion for improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative approach across Finance, Treasury, Procurement and IT.

Key responsibilities include:

About you:

• Previous experience managing a shared services, finance administration or transactional finance function
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and finance administration processes
• Technically confident, with experience working across ERP systems; D365 F&O would be advantageous
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding better ways of doing things
• Commercially minded, organised and confident working across different teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable using data and systems to identify opportunities and drive change
