Job summary

The role requires strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills, with experience in GST compliance and SFRS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• 6–10 years of finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of GST, tax compliance, and SFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyse revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and key KPIs.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and management on financial planning and ROI.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee full-spectrum accounting (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, cash).
• Manage month-end/year-end close and management reporting.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under SFRS.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Ensure GST compliance and submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Analyse revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and key KPIs

• Develop financial models and business cases for investments, pricing, and growth initiatives

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline; CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred

• 6–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role

• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis

• Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore GST, and corporate tax compliance

• Experience working with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities

• Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and communication skills

• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
