Job summary

A dynamic FMCG business in Manukau is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial reporting and accounting requirements. You will work closely with the Finance and Operations Director and contribute to business improvement projects.

The role suits someone with at least five years of commercial accounting experience; it involves monthly reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, GST/FBT returns, and overseeing AP/AR. Office-based with parking provided.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ commercial accounting experience.
• Proven ability to prepare monthly management reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting knowledge.
• Excel at an advanced level; familiarity with ERP systems and Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management and Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports; complete balance sheet reconciliations; prepare GST/FBT returns; assist with budgets and rolling forecasts; prepare cashflow and working capital reports; develop management reports; analyse results and explain variances.
