Tribe Group in Auckland seeks an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting and strategic planning for a high-growth, export‑driven manufacturing business.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis, drive profitability and support senior decision‑making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CA preferred.
• Strong commercial finance and business-partnering experience.
• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience in an export-driven manufacturing environment.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Curious, detail-oriented and commercially minded.

About The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join an established, export‑driven manufacturing business.

Based in Auckland with occasional travel nationally, you will provide commercial leadership and financial insight across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. This broad role will lead core commercial finance processes, including planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, helping senior leaders make informed decisions and drive profitable growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will:

• A questioning mindset, strong attention to detail and commercial curiosity
