Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ experience in financial accounting (audit is a bonus).
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Ability to interpret financial results and communicate them clearly.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• CA qualification or progress toward one.

Responsibilities

• Delivering month-end, financial reporting, and compliance outputs with a strong focus on quality.
• Supporting planning and forecasting cycles, contributing to performance reporting and insight.
• Providing clear financial information and analysis to support decision making.
• Partnering with team and initiative leads to support delivery through reliable finance input.
