Job summary

Control Flow Technologies is recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties across Cambridge and surrounding areas, conducting door-to-door canvassing and pre-booked appointments. The role is field-based with regular travel between locations and full training provided.

You will engage customers face-to-face, explain water-efficiency measures, and help book improvements, with a stable 9-5 schedule, Monday to Friday, and a £30,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience.
• Confident, friendly and professional manner.
• Willingness to travel to Cambridge and surrounding areas.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their homes.
• Attend pre-booked appointments.
• Explain available water-efficiency measures.
• Complete straightforward property audits with full training.
• Book appointments for suitable improvements.
• Record accurate information using a tablet.
• Work towards appointment and activity targets.
