FIRST Security in Auckland is seeking a motivated Field Service Officer for a varied, field-based role across contracts. You will respond to jobs across client sites, install and maintain electronic monitoring equipment, and support communities while upholding FIRST Security procedures.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment
• Responding to a range of field service jobs, including alarms, escorts, lock ups and unlocks
• Carrying out regulatory and compliance duties, including noise control, animal services and bylaw monitoring
• Patrolling client sites and responding to incidents and callouts
• Installing and servicing medical alarm equipment
• Servicing ATM machines as part of our NCR contract
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Completing all work accurately and in line with relevant procedures, protocols and contract requirements
• Providing professional and respectful service across a variety of environments
• Assisting in other areas of the business when required
