Job summary

Black.Ai is seeking a Skilled Automotive Technician in Auckland to join a leading automotive client. You will diagnose, repair, and service light and light commercial vehicles, working independently with a high standard of workmanship.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a full class 1 license, and a willingness to learn. WOF endorsements are a plus; on-site training is provided. Hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, 30+ hours weekly, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ working experience with light vehicles & light commercial vehicles.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Clean full class 1 drivers license.
• WOF endorsements would be an advantage; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.
• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components.
• Performing scheduled maintenance services on diesel and petrol vehicles.
• Assist with general servicing and WOF checks when required.
• Work with a close-knit enthusiastic team and be part of a NZ-owned business.

We have a unique opportunity for a Skilled Automotive Technicians to work with leading Automotive client in Auckland.

Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your Automotive career? Look no further! Our highly successful client, a trusted Automotive sales ,repair and maintenances provider in Auckland , is currently seeking an experienced Auto Technicians to join their team at the Auckland Branch.

Your Job role:
You will have the ability to work independently producing a high standard of work. Full automotive skill set will be required. WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate.

• Perform diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years’ working experience with light vehicles & light commarcial vehicles

• Passion and drive to grow your role within the company
• Clean full class 1 Drivers License
• Excellent remuneration package-($30-$35 Hourly rate depend on experience)
• Working hours: 7:30am to 4.30pm minimum 30 hours per week.(Monday to Friday)
• Work with a close-knit enthusiastic team
• On-site training provided
