Job summary

Sime Motors in Auckland is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at the Auckland branch. You will have the ability to work independently producing a high standard of work, with a full automotive skill set required.

WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate. Excellent remuneration package will be provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience with light vehicles & light commercial vehicles.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Clean full class 1 Driver's Licence.
• WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.
• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components.
• Performing scheduled maintenance services on diesel and petrol vehicles.
• Assist with general servicing and WOF checks when required.

Your Job role:
