Archway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities operations across a diverse portfolio of offices, assets and fleet. The role involves managing contractors, leases and key workplace transformation initiatives including refurbishment and relocation projects.

You will drive workplace optimisation with a proactive, stakeholder-focused approach and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value across operational and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Senior facilities, property or workplace management experience.
• Experience managing complex property and facilities portfolios.
• Strong contractor and vendor management capability.
• Experience managing leases and property-related contracts.
• Proven experience delivering office refurbishment, relocation or workplace transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational and corporate teams.
• Experience leading teams and influencing through indirect reporting lines.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities operations across corporate offices and operational sites.
• Manage contractors and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance across a large portfolio of assets.
• Manage lease renewals, amendments and property contracts.
• Lead workplace utilisation and accommodation planning.
• Support office relocation and refurbishment projects.
• Lead fleet operations and contribute to EV transition strategy.
• Coordinate reception and front-of-house services.
