You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, budgets and contracts while building strong relationships with teams and contractors in a modern, green‑star building. With 3+ years in a senior facilities role, you’ll be organised, tech‑savvy, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced enviroment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior facilities/property management role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to lead a facilities team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations, budgets, contracts and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships across three agencies and with contractors.
• Oversee site inductions and coordinate ongoing improvements.
• Be available for on‑call and after‑hours work as required.
