Job summary

The Oasis, 19 Carbine Road, Auckland-based Facility Manager is needed on a fixed-term basis (until 31 July 2027) to ensuring our NZ sites are safe, compliant and well maintained. You will lead facilities operations with our service provider, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Reporting to the Property & Development Manager, you'll collaborate with site leaders, legal, procurement, finance and warehouse managers to deliver a high-quality experience across

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities services, contractors or service providers, along with budget, compliance and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing contractor management and permit-to-work processes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control capability.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and structured approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and relevant systems.
• A valid NZ Driver's Licence and the right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Operations & Service Delivery: work with Facilities Management Service Provider to ensure sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and operating efficiently, including contractor governance.
• Compliance, Safety & Risk Management: support a strong safety culture, manage permit-to-work, maintenance activities, compliance and risk across NZ network.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: manage facilities budgets, monitor costs, identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, and support site improvement initiatives.
