Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a hands-on facilities coordinator to support day-to-day operations across a busy retail property. This temporary assignment runs from 4 November to 31 January, up to 32 hours per week, offering a varied, hands-on role within a dynamic team.

You will coordinate maintenance, contractors and site services, work closely with centre management and retailers, and assist with reporting, budgets and operational improvements to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities, property or centre operations experience in a busy environment.
• Strong contractor management across maintenance, security and site services.
• Solid knowledge of H&S, compliance, risk management and emergency procedures.
• Confident managing budgets, reporting and operational costs with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised communicator who builds relationships with stakeholders, retailers and contractors.
