We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to provide key support to the Support Services Manager to ensure our corporate office facilities are maintained to a high standard. In this role, you’ll manage contractor relationships, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards - contributing to the smooth running of our Office. You’ll work closely with our NZTA Corporate Property, Health Safety & Wellbeing, and Security partners to provide on-the-ground support and oversight for maintenance works, development projects and office moves. You’ll provide local facilities support across multiple sites, requiring regular travel between offices in your region. As a valued team player, you’ll also provide back up Workplace support as required, reflecting our commitment to Kotahitanga – working as one.

We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $69,606 - $77,340 of the band, commensurate with skills and experience.
