Job summary

Scenic Hotel Group is seeking a front-of-house supervisor for our Queenstown property. You will oversee daily F&B operations, train Attendants, seat guests, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and promote daily specials while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven F&B experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operation of F&B teams and tasks.
• Providing supervision, training and guidance to Attendants.
• Greeting and seating guests; taking orders and relaying to kitchen/bar.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues for a positive guest experience.
• Communicate daily specials, promotions and relevant information to the team.
• Assist with sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
• Collect payments and operate POS system.
• Assist with duties requested by Restaurant & Bar Manager or Hotel Manager.
