Job summary

Scenic Suites & Heartland Hotel Queenstown, part of Scenic Hotel Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will oversee daily F&B operations, supervise Attendants, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

You will require 1–2 years in F&B, a valid LCQ and Duty Manager certificate preferred, and a hospitality qualification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven Food & Beverage experience.
• An LCQ qualification and Duty Managers certificate would be an advantage.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B teams and assign tasks.
• Provide supervision, training and guidance to F&B Attendants.
• Greet and seat guests; take orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Promote daily specials and promotions to the team.
• Sanitize and clean restaurant areas.
• Process payments via POS and cash register.
• Assist with additional duties requested by Hotel/Restaurant Manager.
