Job summary

Minor Hotels, and specifically the Avani Queenstown Shores Resort, is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join as a full-time team member. The role covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

You will lead the F&B team, ensure service standards, handle guest inquiries, and support stock control to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the F&B team across shifts.
• Monitor service standards and ensure consistency across all shifts.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory management, stock control, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
